Return and Exchange Policy
◆ CobblestonesIf more than 10% of the goods are damaged within 7 days of receipt, the excess portion will be reissued free of charge, with shipping costs to be borne by the buyer. However, this damage exemption does not apply to minor cracks or color variations in the stone, as these are inherent characteristics of natural materials.
◆ Artificial Culture StoneArtificial cultural brick panels have a sheet-like structure, so even if they break into several pieces during transportation, it won’t affect their usability—damage within 10% is considered normal. However, if the damage exceeds 10% of the total shipment during logistics inspection, the excess portion will be promptly reshipped at no additional cost; the buyer, though, will still be responsible for covering the original shipping fees.
◆ Glass StoneIf more than 10% of the total goods are damaged within 7 days of receipt, the excess portion will be reissued free of charge, with shipping costs to be borne by the buyer.
